How we get the personal information and why we have it

The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • You wish to contribute to the list and therefore disclose information about a vulnerability, medical condition or support need alongside data which enables us to personally identify you, such as an email address
  • You wish to be kept up to date with news about the list

We use the information that you have given us in order to update the support needs in our list, we then delete any record which links to data to an individual.

In the meantime such data may be stored in our email systems hosted by WordPress.org. Where you have asked to be added to our mailing list your data will be shared with MailChimp.com.
